Information about HSC workspaces

UNT Health Science Center workspace: HSC Off-Campus (550 Bailey Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76107)

How to reserve an HSC workspace: Outlook Calendar (no need to contact someone)

  • Outlook Calendar > New Appointment > Invite Attendees > Address Book (“To…” Button) > Search by Room Name > Resource > Scheduling Assistant > Send Appointment

Workspace Guide

  1. SANITIZE: Please use the provided sanitizer wipes to clean work surface before use. Dispose of wipes.
  2. CONNECT1: Using the HDMI cable provided, connect your machine at the workspace.
  3. PROJECT1: Hit Command + P on your laptop to change the display to “extend” to use the dual monitors at the workspace.
  4. SANITIZE: Please use the provided sanitizer wipes to clean work surface before use. Dispose of wipes.

Please notify workspace contact via email to report low wipe quantities. Include which station you are referring to in the email.

Know Before You Go

Parking:

  • Visitor parking spaces are available on the east side of the building next to Bailey Avenue. Check in with the security desk in the lobby upon arrival and advise you are visiting HSC 5th floor. Please wear your employee badge at all times.

Workspaces include:

  • Wi-Fi Connection
  • Work Surface & Task Chair
  • Sanitizing Wipes
  • Coming soon: Extra-wide monitor (with HDMI cable)

What you need to bring:

  • Laptop and charging cord
  • HDMI port adapter (when extra-wide monitors become available)
  • Additional accessories such as mouse, keyboard and headphones
