Steering Committee Team

• Ensure “OKRs for OKRs” are achieved
• Remove or address roadblocks for the OKR program
• Guide leadership tone for OKR conversations
• Dr. Williams will engage with a WorkBoard executive sponsor on a desired cadence and attend when necessary
• Members will include the Chancellor's Cabinet and Presidents

Core Team

• Operationalize the OKR program across communities and stakeholder groups
• Orchestrate execution of the OKR cycle, training, communications and drive program maturity
